Description: A NOTE FROM THE SELLER - PLEASE READ:In case you're new to my listings, I'm one of those people who sells "retail overstock and return items"; specifically, almost everything I sell comes from bin stores whose inventory is 80%-90% Amazon returns. Every now and then I find something crazy that isn't even from the US. This is one of those items. This is a cloud-compatible printer by a company named Expedy. I don't know anything about them, other than they have a .io webpage in French and English, and the only Amazon page I could find this on was in Belgium (Amazon .be). Oddly enough though, the model number on the box has a "-US" on the end of it. I'm not sure if this is something so new here it's not actually here yet, something popular in Europe that has already flopped in the US, or something that flopped in Europe and then started selling in the US. If nothing else, this is a solid traditional POS printer with ethernet, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and USB connectivity. If you want to use the cloud print capabilities it looks like you need a subscription to their service. (As a side note - if you like what they're doing and want to fully integrate with their cloud printing it looks like they make a cloud print server that plugs into your router via ethernet and can connect to up to 3 printers via USB.) This printer is ridiculously expensive (around $500 - more from them, a little less from Amazon) at initial retail. I'm selling it at a deep discount compared to that price but at something that's probably exorbitant as a standalone printer, although comparable to the mobile-enabled printer from Epson. We'll see how this goes. If you like the idea but don't want to sink fat cash just wait around - if I still have this in about five or six months I'll probably drop the price to bring it in-line with other regular POS printers. Please do your research before buying. I am not taking returns on this item. I have tested it and confirmed that it powers on, and the protective film is still attached to both the screen and the side buttons, so I'm pretty sure it hasn't been used. The last few pictures are of the actual item being sold. (If you can't tell the difference between the real photographs and the manufacturer's promo pics, you need more help than I can give you.) The remaining information is taken from the Expedy web site. There is some text that looks like a hyperlink, but it's just colored text.
