Description: Evolution Gun Works (EGW) 1911 Officers CNC Carry Compensator Evolution Gun Works EGW Evolution Gun Works (EGW) 1911 Officers CNC Carry Compensator Material: Steel Thread Pitch: .575 x 40 For EGW's CNC comps, we start with a pre-hardened stress-proof comp blank. Using a carbide ball endmill, we machine the various port configurations into the comp. CNC comp back ports are at a 10 degree angle to control muzzle flip. Side ports make the gun feel plusher and track straighter for improved control while firing. We are unable to ship this item outside of the United States. If this item is purchased as part of an international order, the item will be removed from the order. The account will be refunded for the item, and the remainder of the order will ship. All comps now come standard bored for 9mm. If you would like a larger bore you would need to select the option above. There is a 4 week lead time for custom boring. We recommend installation by a competent gunsmith who should also confirm the bore diameter to make sure there is no contact between the bullet and the compensator. Please note not all parts are "drop in". As with all gun parts some installations may require disassembly and reassembly.
