Magnus Ekengren is an Associate Professor at the Swedish National Defence College, and Director of the Colleges Programme for European Security Research (EUROSEC). Mark Rhinard is Senior Research Fellow at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs and Associate Professor at Stockholm University.
