The bond coupons were cut from bottom then reattached to left edge using a paper tape similar to stamp hinges. There is no damage to bond itself from this. Small hole where folds meet at top horizontal fold. 1/2" cut in bottom margin from when coupons were removed. Coupons are still partially attached with the paper tape.
