Description: Emerson, Lake and Palmer-Pictures at an Exhibition- Rock Gatefold E/VG+The album peaked at #10 on the Billboard 200. Emerson, Lake & Palmer were an English progressive rock supergroup formed in London in 1970. The band consisted of Keith Emerson (keyboards) of the Nice, Greg Lake of King Crimson (vocals, bass, guitar, producer) and Carl Palmer of Atomic Rooster (drums, percussion). With nine RIAA-certified gold record albums in the US, and an estimated 48 million records sold worldwide, they are one of the most popular and commercially successful progressive rock groups of the 1970s, with a musical sound including adaptations of classical music with jazz and symphonic rock elements, dominated by Emerson's flamboyant use of the Hammond organ, Moog synthesizer, and piano. Covers may show some creasing and minor ring wear and cut-outs or punch-holes. Splits less than 1 inch long may also be present. Writing and/or stickers may also be present.*Excellent is used to indicate a record better than very good plus. In general, an excellent record will have nice gloss and very few fine scratches and/or light paper scuffs. The cover will have no splits and no major creases.Very Good (VG) - May have scratches feelable with a fingernail. Most of the original gloss will be gone or it may be evident that the record has been played extensively. The cover will have ring wear and may have significant splitting of the seams.
