Description: For sale is Ella Fitzgerald's Hello Love, originally released in 1959 by Verve Records. This record has the original black labels with silver print, "Verve Records, Inc." at the bottom and the "MGV" prefix, which were only used between 1956-1960. These pressings are sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound quality. I bought this record used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 and immediately put it into a MFSL archival inner sleeve. Doing this preserves the integrity of the vinyl and any original insert(s) or inner sleeve(s) that may have come with the release. The inner sleeve is graded as VG+ because of small tears, wrinkles and a bent corner. The cover is graded as Good because of ring wear, corner blunts, edge rubs and a 6" seam split on the spine along with a seam split along the entire top seam. There is also a piece of tape where someone tried to fix the top seam split. The bottom has paper loss in the middle and at both of the corners. The spine has color loss in the middle and at the seam split. The Vinyl is visually graded as VG- because of sleeve marks and surface scratches. I'm play grading this album between G+ and VG because of occasional pops and ticks with low level surface noise that doesn't over-power the music. This album is still very listenable with no skips. I have more Jazz records listed in my Ebay store, as well as albums of all different genres. Please take a look. They're predominately Near Mint. Thank you for viewing my listing. I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative. I offer discounts for multiple sales. Photos are of the actual item for sale, not a stock photo. Please review all descriptions and photos because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking!
