Description: This is a rare October 4th, 1948 programme (playbill) from John Gielgud's West End revival of the Euripides classic "MEDEA" at the Globe Theatre in London. (The production opened August 23rd, 1948 at the Edinburgh Festival, then toured prior to opening September 29th, 1948 at the Globe Theatre for a three month run.) .....
