Faint lines read WITHIN 10 minutes are positive. Please discard test cassettes AFTER 10 minutes as results read after 10 minutes are irrelevant and not 100% accurate. Each test comes with a relaxin test cassette, an instruction manual, a small pipette, and a small hazardous waste zip lock bag. Please note that the package DOES NOT contain blood collecting equipment. This pregnancy test requires a blood sample. In order for this pregnancy to work, blood needs to be drawn from the pet and then spun using a centrifuge to separate the plasma or serum. The test uses the relaxin hormone in the serum/plasma to determine pregnancy.Test as early as 21 days after ovulation. This is an early RLN test so that means you can test as early as 21 days post ovulation and mating. For better results test 25 days post ovulation and repeat 1 week after. Early testing can lead to negative results.Faint line on T means positive. Once you perfume the test, make sure a line appears on the C (control) and that will mean that the test worked as it should. Wait 10 minutes to read the results and if a line appears on the T (test) part within the 10 minute, it means the test is Positive. Faint lines also mean positive. Please discard after 10 minutes as any results AFTER the 10 minutes are irrelevant. (see pictures on the listing) If you do not have a centrifugal machine you can collect the blood sample and let it sit from 6-8 hours in room temperature until the serum separates.
