Likely from fledgling, recovering manufacturing capacity 1950 – 1954 on the Island of Hokkaido. Carbon steel blade, encased in a one piece steel liner / backspring with pin; with pinned on veneer thin imitation pearl celluloic. No spring propulsion to the closure. Lanyard or fob loop. Spear pattern blade = 1 1/8 inch; overall length 1 1/2 inches. Blade surface wear may be from use, or simply part of the early manufacturing process. Age toning to the handles.
