Fill power is a measure of the loft or "fluffiness" of a down product. The higher the fill power, the more air a certain weight of down can trap, and thus the more insulating ability the down will have. A fill power of 650 or above is ideal for a quality down quilt or pillow.. AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMS IMPORT VETERINARY HEALTH CERTIFICATE: A legal document that must be presented to Customs and Quarantine on importing any down and feather.
