Description: This is brand new never used. Came from extra stock of a company in San Leandro. I’m not sure if it is complete, but I think that it is just the bear tool and that you will need to get the brace head that fits onto it. It does have some light surface rust on a couple of pieces just from getting moved around and being stored without a box, but the tool itself is in fantastic condition.
