This shirt is in fair condition but will definitely serve its purpose as a work shirt. It has very mild staining around the sleeve cuffs, a light stain on the left sleeve, and some staining on the front. All of the staining is pretty faint, as I didn't even notice it when I purchased the shirt. There is also a tiny hole in the left sleeve as well as very minimal pilling.
