It threads onto the SCBA bottle valve and allows the bottle to be quickly removed from the pack frame for a quicker swap out. We have several available and each is of equal condition and the exact same configuration as what is shown. All were working when removed from service. The department received new equipment and let go of their old equipment. SHIPPING We list 3 days handling time but typically ship next day. I had to increase the handling time to 3 days due to a recent ebay policy that punishes sellers if they do not ship within the stated time.
