These 4 sets are brand new. 3 sets are in plastic sealed bag and one set is out of the bag, but this set is brand new (NO SIGN OF USAGE). Each set comes with one installation manual and one diagram. One set in the plastic sealed bag does not come with the screen cover (the screen cover that is shown on the last picture). I really don't know why. I think that the earlier production did not include this screen cover I purchased this from a gov surplus, thus THIS ITEM DOES NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTY I have 12 pictures.
