Description: Lovely polished abalone shell with vivid blues, greens, and silver. It is vintage, but I don't have any indication of the age. It's a good size -- 5" long, 3.75" wide, and 1.25" deep. It weighs just 1.25 ounces (very thin and fragile, is that normal?). Beautiful naturally occurring designs on the outside of the shell, like etching almost.
