The cost of Shipping and Handling is not hidden in increased costs of the items for sale. Yes, you can combine purchases. You pay only for the actual weight of the entire package plus $1.25 for handling, there are no additional handling fees for extra items. The eBay Buyer Protection Plan requires the seller to provide a complete refund of any items lost or damaged in the mail, therefore insurance is added to each item over $10 to cover these losses. Excess postage over $1 is noted and refunded when Feedback is posted. Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax.
