It is based on the same series in which the main roles accomplish Nefise Karatay and Gürkan Uygun. The film begins by writing letters to the Turkish army generals to his friend, that it mentions the capture of 11 Turkish soldiers by the US military. In some parts of the film are shown similar torture of prisoners by US Marines conducted in the Abu Ghraib prison and the same scene shown in the film Road to Guantanamo. This film is often referred to as the Turkish Rambo.
