CONDITION: I consider this book to be in very good condition for its age. There is a small amount of wear to the cover, especially the back. The binding is tight. Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of writing in pencil on several pages. The spine is straight and tight, but there is a separation of the binding at pages 54-55. There are NO loose pages.
