With the hardware specified above and industrial duty fans, its idle power consumption is around 30 Watts! This machine is used and clean! This has been my personal firewall, great condition and reliable. I have updated the BIOS to the latest available and have installed the latest pfSense 2.7.2 onto the 24GB SSD. For your convenience, I’ve pre-assigned the interfaces as: WAN=igb4, LAN=igb0, OPT1=igb1, OPT2=igb2, OPT3=igb3, OPT4=re0 but of course you are free to re-assign them as you see fit.
