Description: This auction is for a 1992 Department 56 Snow Village #5423-2 "Al's TV Shop." The building is in very good displayed condition. The building measures approx. 7 inches high x 6 inches long x 6 1/2 inches wide. The light cord and antenna is included. The detail is really great on this older piece. Check out the printed TV display on the front window. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve has some wear on the edges.
