Description: This auction is for two 2006 Dept. 56 Christmas In The City Series. "Miss Shannon's School Of Dance" & " Learning The Charleston.". They are in excellent condition. I have found no chips or cracks on the building or the piece. THERE IS A SMALL FLAW. The sign is broken, it can still slide into the hole and hang there , but it isn't complete. I just wanted to mention that. The school building measures approx. 7 3/4 inches high x 4 1/2 inches long x 5 inches wide. It comes with it's light cord. Also included is the companion piece " Learning The Charleston." The piece measures 2 1/2 inches high x 2 1/2 inches long. They are great pieces ,that would stand out in your village display. Please check out the pictures! They have been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeves are clean. Shipping cost on these items varies by your zip code location.
