It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. The pan has wear and a few dents. Please see the photos for more detail. This listing does not include a power adapter. It powers on, initializes, and then zeroes itself. All of the function buttons are working. The adjustable feet rotate and balance the scale on a surface.We tared the balance and tested various reference weights on it. The results are as follows: Penny: 2.58g Five Pennies: 12.93g 100g: 103.45g 200g: 206.93g 300g (100+200): 310.43g 500g: 517.46g 1000g: 1035.04g 2000 (1kg+500+500): 2070.66gThe balance is fully working condition and is reasonably precise.
