You will receive 2 medallions, each measuring about an inch across. These were tacked to the ceiling and then the light suspended underneath. Not sure these elements were originally manufactured for dollhouse use -- but they are a creative re-purposing and could be painted to match your ceiling, as a real-life plaster medallion would be.
