It is on the original backer card and comes in original plastic. It has never been removed from the plastic, but if you would like more pictures please let me know. Unfortunately these were sent out from the DEC with very little packaging to protect the plastic globe. As with these snow globe pins, the outer plastic packaging can scratch up the plastic globe, so there could be a little wear from that, leaving it to look a little foggy. The plastic packaging tends to crease and gives the illusion that the globe is cracked, but I have checked and moved the plastic around to confirm there is no crack in the plastic globe. Otherwise, no major flaws in the enamel that I can see. Please see all pictures and message me if you have any questions. Measures approx. 2.75 H x 3" W x 0.5" D. Comes from smoke-free/pet-free home.
