The SRS utilizes an internal rubber dampening system with a solid center, and a 2 piece machined aluminum endcap exterior to create a superior dampening product. Made to fit in-line with your weight stack, the SRS flexes independantly requiring weight to be added to both ends securing the system. Weight: 1.5oz Dimensions: 1.25" diameter Thread:1/4x20 Note that the SRS cannot be utilized at the very end of a weight stack and must be secured at both ends either against the stabilizer and with weights on the opposite end, or between the weight stack. Additonal short threaded stud like the 3/4" stud that included in the Stud Kit (sold separately) may be required to accommodate a small amount of weight, weight cap or end protector.
