Every header is tig welded by hand, both outside and inside of any joints. Larger than stock diameter piping, mandrel bends, and equal length primary runners insures a smooth and unstructured path for exhaust gases. This leads to improved HP and TQ throughout your entire power band. Ceramic coated to reduce under hood temps and combats corrosive road conditions, our coating will continue to provide protection at temperatures up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. The DC Sports headers will come with (3)-M10x1.25x20 bolts and reuse the other factory hardware. (2) O-ring gaskets will be provided for the connection between the upper and lower sections. Will this fit a 1998 gsr with cat back skunk 2 exhaust with stock cat? No, the GSR exhaust does not use the same exhaust manifold as the RS/LS/GS models. The exhaust will not line up correctly. will this fit a 2001 gsr coupe to factory cat? No, modification is required for fitment with the factory exhaust on a GSR. Will this fit 2000 Integra Type R (USDM) The DC Sports header may bolt to the head on the Type R, but the exhaust may not bolt up correctly. Does the AH6006 have a 3” outlet? The DC Sports Ceramic Header for the 94-01 Integra has a 1.8" Collector ID which is roughly a 2.25" exit. We do not offer any 3" exit manifolds.
