The style is a popover blouse with long length sleeves with convertible button tabs, split V neckline, bust darts, back yoke with inverted pleat, and straight 4 1/2" hi/lo hemline. The fabric is a poly woven crepe in a black floral (hydrangea) print. It is in excellent pre-owned condition and machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
