Description: 77.7m from Hawaii. Beautiful Hump Back with minor flaws. For some fun history Google this: This specimen was part of the late “Dorothy Harrison's Museum of Seashells” in the “Shell Flair” at Westport, Washington, USA. The Shell Flair was open from 1976 to 2018. Almost all of the shells listed on this site were collected from around the1940s to 2000s and were kept in a Museum Environment. Most of the shells have their original ID specimen tags typed by an old fashioned typewriter. Many of these are hard TO FIND IN SITU OR HAVE BECOME RARE. The white spots are from the photography lights. ID tags will come with the shell for the winner of the bid. I consider all offers sent to me. I prefer to ship beautiful shells at the least cost to you. I thank you in advance for shopping here. YES, I BUNDLE SHELLS! Living in the Great Northwest I am an Environmentalist therefore; I recycle, re-use boxes and packing materials. Your treasured item will be adequately packaged but it will not be from newly minted cardboard box. I thank you for understanding this. Please, check this item out carefully before bidding. Many shells will need to be detail cleaned by the buyer. If a refund is warranted, postage will be at the buyer’s cost plus the additional E-bay charges for refunding funds.
