This listing is for (1) 10”x15” flag with the Texas Outline logo on both sides of the flag. I make all the flags to order. So, I have a few questions for you because I want to make you an awesomeflag… Once your order is placed and paid for send me amessage letting me know what color flag and logo/text you would like. ORyou can always add a note to your order. See the list below for flag coloroptions. Don’t worry if you don’t see thecolor combination you want on the listing pictures. It’s just because somebody hasn’t asked forthose colors yet. After you place an order, I will always send youa message with an order recap just to make sure I understand exactly what youwant on your new flag. Read this part carefully. It’s important! I need to knowhow to make the sleeve on your new flag. Is your flag going on a regular or lighted whip? *If you plan on putting your flag on a regular whip, just let me know it is going on regular whip andI’ll adjust the sleeve on your flag for a regular whip. I will give you everything you need to attachthe flag onto your whip.*If you plan on putting your flag on a lighted whip andthe flag slides over the pole, letme know your flag slides over your lighted whip so I can adjust the sleeve onyour flag so it will fit. I have to make the sleeve on your flag a little bitlarger. I will give you everything you need to attachthe flag onto your whip.*If your lighted whip has a clip system and you need grommets on the sleeve ofyour new flag so you can clip it on, please let me know that you need grommets. I will install brass grommets on the sleeveof your new flag. *OR ifyou are putting your flag on a boat or something other than a whip and needgrommets installed on the sleeve, just let me know. I will install brass grommetson the sleeve of your new flag. FLAGS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Before you ask, you might be able to find your answer here.....) How big is a flag? Rectangle flags are approximately 10" x 15". Triangle flags are 10" and taper out to 13.5". Can you make me a 3' x5' flag? The answer is no! I embroider theimages onto the flags, and I don't have a way to make the logos large enough tofill out the flag. Besides it would take forever to embroider out an image thatbig and I'm sure you wouldn't want to pay $1000.00 for a flag. But if you arewilling to fork out that kind of cash, sure I'd try to make you one. Orbetter yet, convince my husband to let me buy the $30,000 machine that will letme make them! What shapes do the flags come in? Rectangle and triangle. Any flag that is listed can be made on either a rectangle or triangleflag. Just because it doesn't show a triangle flag on the picture doesn't meanthat it's not available. Just add a note to your order, letting us know if you would like to changethe shape of the flag. What are the flags made out of? The flags are made out of a fabric called "Sport Nylon" or"200 Denier Coated Oxford Nylon" The fabric has a Dupont finish that is supposed to help resist water. They are super durable. Why are your flags so expensive compared to some of thecompetition?These flags are not the flimsy light nylon orpolyester crap flags that fall apart after riding 1 time. Sure those cheapflags look nice in the pictures but that’s about it. My flags are heavy duty, super durable flags. I make them to last. I don’t want you to waste your money. Think of these flags as an investment. Can I mount my flag on my truck, car or motorcycleand drive it down the highway/freeway? Are you crazy!!!! These flags are "trail flags". Don't call meup when you stupidly put it on your car/truck and drive it down the road at 75mph and complain that your flag looks not so perfect. What did you think was going to happen! These flags can take a beating but they are not made for thehighway/freeway! How is my image put onto the flag? Images are embroidered onto the material on BOTH sides of the flag. I can't have your riding around with one side blank! What size poles will my flag fit on? All of the flags will fit any pole/whip with a diameter of1/4"-3/8". If you have a bigger pole, like a lighted whip, don'tworry, I can adjust the sleeve of the flag so it will fit. Need grommets instead of the standard sleeve? No problem! I can switch out the standardsleeve and put grommets instead. How do I attach one of your flags to my pole? The flags come with easy installation directions along with a zip tie andmetal clamp that will attach the flag to your pole. There is a nylon strapinside the sleeve of the flag. Simply slide your pole through the sleeve, usingyour thumb and index finger, push the top of the flag down exposing the nylonstrap. When nylon strap is exposed, take the cable tie and secure it aroundboth the nylon strap and whip. Cut off any excess cable tie. Repeat the sameprocess for the bottom of the flag, but instead of using the zip tie, use themetal clamp. Push the flag material back up. When done properly installed you willnot be able to see the zip tie or metal clamp. Do the flags come with poles? Sorry no, I stopped selling the poles because it became too expensive andhard to ship. I don’t know how my competition gets away withshipping them for free or cheap. Becauseit costs me at least $15 to ship them and that includes the shipping tube thatI have to purchase. BUT don’t worry, I know where you can get them for cheap. Just ask. How do I clean my flag? Clean with soapy water and a damp cloth. Why does it take so long for me to receive myflag? Devil Woman Flags is just a small business. And we really mean just aSMALL business. It's only me (Barbara) making the flags. While my kids are atschool, I sit here all day long and sew. Ebay tends to overexaggerate shippingtimes. Custom flags will ship out within3 business days.
