Came across this cool custom 1:18 Ferris and wanted to pair & display him with as close to the movie accurate Ferrari 250 as possible. Tried a 1:18 scale car and he looked a bit too big. Polistil(TONKA made in Italy) released a 1:16 scale and the size looked right. Details and custom work was done to the Ferrari to get the car looking more accurate(the red paint is orig.). As mentioned earlier the car is not perfect as these cars had some factory flaws and were not the highest end, but the scale of this model car was harder to come by. A stand was made for the car with a small metal plate to keep Ferris secure and easily removable/movable as the bottom of the figure is magnetic.
