Description: This is a handmade resin-cast cross with a real taxidermied mouse head. It is in the style of traditional Catholic iconography. The crucifix is hand-painted in various shades of metallic paints with a primary bronze luster. The mouse head was mounted using traditional taxidermy so it will last a lifetime! The ones pictured here are sold, so the one you order from me will be a new one I'll make for you. Animal origins: the mice pictured here were feeder animals. I can do a white mouse or a dark brown one. Let me know if you have a color preference, otherwise I'll choose one or the other. The piece measures 7" x 5" x 2" Ships from my studio in NC.
