This Vintage Mailing Card depicts a bustling downtown section of Chicago, the Corner of State and Madison Streets. In the view are Horse Drawn Carriages, the First Electric Street Cars to come to Chicago, A Mailman, Old Storefronts, Signs, and Buildings, and people wearing period attire. This Private Mailing Card will also appeal to stamp collectors, since it is posted withan early One Cent Benjamin Franklin Green Stamp that appears to be from the edge of the stamp booklet. Stamp is in excellent condition. The Private Mailing Card does have several condition issues, including a diagonal scratch over the two-horse drawn carriage, small indentation, clipped corner (bottom left) and some dings.
