Description: When USPS introduced APC machine in April 2004, there are only two designs: small one and large one (CVP54 and CVP55). There are 5 varieties in Scott catalog for CVP54: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, International, and U.S. Postage with series numbers. However, there is one way you can print small stamps without any postage type at bottom as shown in scan of 23C stamp. It is NOT printed through normal buy stamp or mail item menu. You have to go through information search menu and select postage rate for post card. So, it is only possible for Postcard rates. This type of printing was only available between Apr 2004 and July 2004. It is NOT recorded in Scott catalog but in Karim Roder's book "USA: Variable Denomination Stamps (1989-2015)" P72 Type WIN1.2. Here offers a pair of 23C without imprint and 23C with imprint of U.S. Postage along with original receipt. Very rare item. Buyers pay $1 within US or $2 worldwide at buyer's risk. Insured or registered mail is optional with additional cost. Shipping to US with tracking is $4. Registered airmail will add $16 for international buyers. You are agreed to take the risk of lost mail if you do not select tracking/insurance/registration. Insurance or registration is required for invoice at $100 or above unless agreement reached with buyer. Will combine shipping.
