All used videos are cleaned and sanitized before shipping. We do not buff scratched discs. If a video has deep scratches, they are discarded.Some sealed VHS and DVD (OOP) may have Barcodes scratched off, marked or covered. This does not affect the movie. It`s just a process that some retailers do when adding their own barcodes. If by chance you receive a defective or broken product, please allow us 48 hrs. to respond to your complaint.Return Policy: You have 7 days to submit a return request for any defective or damaged product.
