Description: On offer, we have an original advertising poster by Claude Lepape. This was for Galerie Marcel Bernheim, Paris 4th Exhibition of posters. The show was held May 24, - June 5, 1956. This has a quote from Miguel Zamacois on the power of the poster and the symbolism of Lepape's ladder and bucket. The lithograph was printed by A. Karcher - Paris. On thick paper, this measures 16 5/8" X 12". Again, this is an original, not a reprint. I am not an expert on posters, but believe this is in very good condition. The poster is bright, bold, clean and clear. This has been handled and has some wrinkles with a crease on the lower right corner. Please view my photographs for more description.
