It originally contained a full bottle of vodka, which has since been consumed. I believe the sleeve to be rare as I could not find another picture similar to this one. Swirling around the container, written in gold, are several sayings. Some sayings are broken up due to the splicing of the label ends and the photos of Chopin and the butterflies over it.
