Description: Pair of Chinoiserie Hand-Painted Ceramic Monkeys Great coloration, sweet expressions and a fantastic lotus flower motif. 5.25" L x 4.25" W x 7" T Hand-painted. Made in China circa 1970s/1980s Vintage sales sticker on one indicates it was once sold by the Bombay Company. Shows what I believe to be crazing, however it seems to be from when they were made. Tiny signs of paint fading or marks. Black dot on the inside of one of the lotus candle holders.
