Description: Vintage Jardinière Measures 10" high and rim to rim is 12" in diameter The bottom of the pot is 8-1/2" across. Beautiful colors are hand painted in a textured enamel and depict a floral design with koi swimming inside. There are no chips or cracks or crazing. There are some original imperfections in the painting as noted in the photos- some white spots not covered with the background green paint near the rim, noticeable upon close inspection. Inside the bowl are some slight stains from previous use and spots as shown in the photos. The bottom of the pot has a red stamp that is a little smeared, and some paint on the bottom from the original painter. This is a heavy piece, weighing 11lbs 2oz. and the shipping charge is due to the weight of the item and the required packaging to get it safely to you.
