Description: From a local estate auction: a very worn bank note from French Morocco in 1941. This is a 20 franc note labelled 'Banque d'Etat du Maroc, vingt francs' and dated 1941. When I saw it I was instantly transported to my favorite movie Casablanca - it is exactly that era. As a currency collectible it is in very worn condition with tears and chips around the edges and difficult to read, but it exists. The back shows the Hassan Tower. Please look closely at the photos - this is very faded and worn and has tin pinhobut has so much character!
