Blue turquoise stone set in sterling silver with wing and rope detail. It is approx 3/8 of an inch across the top and tappers down. It weighs 32 grams on my postal scale and the inside circumference is approx 5 1/2 inch with about a 1 1/8 inch gap (please see photos). My wrist is about 6 1/2 around with a tape measured behind my wrist bone and this cuff fits me very great. Please not there is almost NO flexibility in this cuff it is very sturdy.
