It had 35mm film in it, and no battery. I bought a new battery, and put it in. The camera seems to auto focus when the lens shutter is opened. The zoom lens zooms in and out. The flash works when set to flash, and a picture is taken. A green light flashes when the timer button is pressed on top of the camera, and the flash pulses about once a second (presumably to let you know it's going to take a picture). I have taken a couple of pictures with it, it advanced the film, and seemed to take the picture, but because I have not had any film developed, I can not speak for the quality of the images it will produce. It will come with the 35mm film which is already loaded into the camera and has been started. It looks like 24 pics, and 3 or 4 have already been taken. It will also come with the new battery installed. Please review the pictures carefully and let them be your guide. Please ask any questions you may have prior to buying.
