Belonged to a family member so I know the history. Most items were purchased at the military BX at Misawa AFB, Japan while stationed there in the late 70's. Lens was purchased off base as seen in the stamp (this is not included). Smoke free home, has been stored inside the house, climate controlled for many years. Condition is used. Everything is clean and appears to be in working order. With a battery, the camera shutter snaps - see video. The winder lever does not go all the way back - see video. I am not sure if this is normal or not so calling out - if this is an issue please let me know, I promise you will not hurt my feelings. With a battery inserted, there are red numbers on the bottom of the view finder that change as you adjust the lens - see image (sorry I could not get the numbers to focus). Camera body could probably use a cleaning. The battery compartment is clean and corrosion free, battery door opens/closes/locks as it should. Includes the Action Grip, I had to take it off to put the battery in so some images have it on, some off. Had to buy a battery to test it so it is also included. Camera strap is vintage to the camera, color is blue - nice shape but some of the side stitching is worn as is the top of the film holder. Tamron lens shows some signs of age in the whiteish color on the grip ring - see images. The camera, eyecup, and lens have NO sticky texture to them - everything is in very good condition. No writing or torn pages in the instruction book, some ware around the sides from being in a camera bag. Does not include the Canon body lens cover. Lens does include the lens cap but not the rear lens cap. Camera took A LOT of pictures in the 3 years we were in Japan, time to pass on to someone who can appreciate it in this digital age.
