Designed and made in Italy with Cerutti Cashmere woven in Italy. The tag says 52 with an L underneath but the USA equivalent is a size 42. Measurements match up to be a 42L US, but PLEASE see photos for all measurements to make sure this wonderful piece fits you just right. 2 button closure, 3 button sleeve cuffs. Truly a beautiful piece at a tiny fraction of the retail price. This coat has clearly been taken care of. The only flaw is that the inside tag has faded (hence why I have not disclosed the lining material. Cipro is my guess but I cannot confirm.)
