Description: This bottle is 7 7/8 inches tall and is very decorative with embossed ribbing along the neck between the repeated company name topped by diamond shapes, below the trade name on the paper label is printed CANADA DRY LIMITED TORONTO CANADA, in 1923 P.D. Saylor purchased the Canada Dry company from the McLaughlin Family and formed a public company called the Canada Dry Ginger Ale Inc, for purposes of dating consider that the embossed lettering on the bottom of the bottle and the printing on the paper label predates the sale of the company, the illustration of the paper label is attributed to Harris Litho. Toronto whose company name is printed on the lower right-hand corner of the label below the margin, sources claim Harris Litho. was in business between 1914-1918, on the bottom of the bottle is embossed CANADA DRY GINGER ALE LTD in a circular fashion surrounding a diamond design with the letters B and O, the number 5 is separated from the diamond design with an embossed dot.
