This is a solid brass buckle with a darkened background, made by The Buckle Works, of Los Gatos, California, in the 1980s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/4", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4 oz.
