Cabinet of Dr Caligari movie art print poster, German Expressionist horror 1920

Description: The Cabinet of Dr Caligari 1920 movie print poster carefully put together as a very high quality 12 x 16in print - there is no pixelation. This classic silent horror movie was directed by Robert Wiene and remains to this day a German Expressionist cinema classic with some quite amazing visual dream-like sets. Incidentally, the movie itself has now been beautifully remastered for blu-ray. Movie prints and posters for Das Cabinet Des Dr Caligari are, whenever seen for sale, mostly copies of a basic scan of an original poster. Unfortunately, the scan used shows the fold lines - and subsequently, so do nearly all the available items for sale elsewhere! I have painstakingly removed any folds, blemishes and imperfections and reproduced this 12 x 16in (approx A3) sized movie poster print as a high quality piece of new wall art. The often obscured or blurred painted words (top left) have been recreated and cleaned up and are now fully visible. Sadly, my research has not revealed the history or detail of what appears to be a stamp bottom left - so if anybody knows, please drop me a message! Colours: The beautiful bold colours used and the many grey tones are as close as I can get to what I believe to be the original film movie poster, along with folds and blemishes removed.
