Description: This is a freshly rebuilt transmission for the 1964-1/2 Mustang. They came with a 25 spline shaft but for strength we replaced that with a 28 spline axel. This is the narrow case and will only work on the early 64-1/2 Mustang with the narrow bell housing. The tailshaft is D4DR-7A040-A. The main case is C4AR-7003-A. The tag is HEH-G. That is a 1964 Mustang 260/289 4V wide ratio and we changed it to 28 spline.
