Each round is hand loaded to closely match the specifications of a standard 9mm NATO ball round. We use a special oil resistant polymer for our bullet plugs to ensure long life and reduce shattering common in cold temperatures using other brands. We also use spent primers to protect your firing pin and mechanism. Other inert rounds will use cheap polymer plugs that will "stick" your firing pin or nothing at all allowing your firing pin to slam forward without any shock absorption. The blue tip rounds are easy to see as inert for training. In addition, they will glow for 30 minutes to enhance safety during low light training (requires a few minutes under a bright light prior to use*). Finally, we make our training rounds easy to recover saving costs and time.
