Substance is a top of the line Print Media/Lamination Company and keep in mind their carpet lamination is made with the fishermen and women in mind. They wanted to produce a nice protectant to go over the decal that was slip resistant as well. I really think they nailed it. It shows the decal without distortion and holds up very well to the elements. We do not accept returns since these are made to order items.As far as the rest of my decals I offer they are printed on Substance Print Media as well and laminated with Substance Lamination. I try my best to keep my prices down as low as I possibly can while still offering a quality product.Everything we do is made to order per customer.
