They are 3d printed on an FDM printer. In the world of HO scale detail parts, there are really no good options for the number boards used by the Nickel Plate Road, Chesapeake & Ohio, and maybe others. These have been created and made for sale to the public to (hopefully) fill that gap, all for an affordable price. These will be improved where possible as time goes on and as customer input comes in. These are designed to be a universal fit for any steam locomotive, just make sure you have a decently sized flat surface on the boiler front and glue them in place. No drilling required.
